Vibratory pre-feeders

➡️ Pre-feeders enable smooth dosing of parts directly into circular storage bins, or alternatively, to elevating conveyors.

➡️ Dosing control is performed using appropriate sensors that detect the level of parts in the circular storage bin.

➡️ If a suitable size is selected, it is possible to achieve unattended operation for several hours, or even an entire shift.

➡️ The electromagnetic drive enables both smooth regulation of parts conveyance throughout the entire operating range and immediate start or stop.

➡️ We manufacture standard sizes of 5, 10 and 20 litres, with 50 and 100 litres available for light parts.

➡️ Non-standard configurations are available for an additional chargé.
